Yesterdays WOD - 3 sets of MB run 400m (20lb), press (75lb), candle sticks, KB Swings (45lb) my time? 25:11
Mr. D and I did this at 7pm last night which is SOOOO late. I don’t really like to workout that late. Today is a busy day, so I won’t be able to get a WOD in.

Yeah, my DVR is set, I will be driving home from my WOD when it starts. I can’t wait!
So, I ended up at Publix this afternoon and bought nearly five pounds of chicken drumsticks. Now I need a good recipe. I was going to do my buffalo wings (hot sauce, almond butter, wheat free tamari sauce) but I figured id see if any of you have something better in mind.
Breakfast - two eggs, two bacon, fruit
Lunch - ground beef taco mix and avocado
So, I took some time off from posting. Got busy and just got lazy. But I am realizing that oddly enough, I am more strict with myself when I am posting. So I am back to regular posts now.
I have been going to crossfit regularly, but been a little slack on my paleo eating routine. I am back to strict eating.
Mr. D and I are going back here:

in early October. I have been hovering around 190, and would love to be closer to 185 by the time we are back in Mexico. That gives me about two weeks. If I am down to 187 or less, I will be happy with my progress.

Today’s WOD - mid afternoon workouts in Florida SUCK. It was hot, Mr. D wasn’t there (at work) and I didn’t know anyone other than the coach. But this was a good fast WOD. I decided to break it down into 10 OHS, 10 Sit Ups, 10 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, all ten times. My time? 21:32
It’s super simple. I sautee a bunch of green onions, and sliced garlic. Then I add a can of crushed tomatos and a WHOLE HELL OF A LOT OF red pepper flakes. Simmer for about 15 minutes and NOM

My dentist always says; Only brush the teeth you want to keep. I say something similar; Only use the muscles you want to keep.
Dinner - grilled flank steak, spaghetti squash, with spicy marinara and grilled zucchini. AMAZEBALLS
WOD - this was fun. It was an on the minute deadlift, got caught at 13, then high pull/walkout push up, got caught at 9, then burn out high pull/push up. Got to 25/20.
WOD - this was a toughie.
Cardio does not fix a bad diet.
